First, we were taken by their magical A Bird Of II Feathers bag line, and now Ms. Mimi of MimiPong and her comrade Cheap Charlie have stolen our plant-adoring hearts with their collection of homemade Tiny Tiny Islands. The crafty collaborators put their hands to good use, designing some of the cutest terrariums we’ve ever seen. Using jam jars, vibrantly-hued rocks, petite figurines, soil, and — the star of this show — some pretty greenery, the terrariums are layered together before being crowned with a pretty piece of fabric and baker’s twine. While we can’t get our hands on these bad boys — they are only available in Singapore — the collection is completely inspiring and beautiful, which you can spy after the jump.
This might be our favorite find of the week: an adorable reversible bag that transforms from swan to cygnet. The killer purse collection, entitled A Bird Of II Feathers, was conceptualized and designed by Singapore-stationed art duo MimiPong — an imaginative collaboration from art director Ms. Mimi and graphic designer Mr. Pong — who enlisted the help of Japanese fashion designer Hirochika Kameyama to assemble the bag. We’re in love with the super unique, yet wearable collection, which you can drool over below.
