Ghostpatrol Murals

We first fell in love with this Melbourne-dwelling artist after coming across his childhood-evoking collection of acrylic illustrations drawn on pencil sets. Now, we’ve discovered his medley of larger-than-life murals featuring darling characters, some of which ride with birds and deer, and others who cause trouble with knives, masks, and floating skulls. The artist known as Ghostpatrol utilizes a neutral color pallet, which sometimes includes warmer tints, that slightly offsets the twee aesthetic of his drawings — from little boys in masks, draped in creature costumes or with a rabbit companion, to woodland creatures with minimal detailing. Swoon over some of Ghostpatrol’s killer street art with dolled-up walls, bricks, and storefront gates after the jump .
