Made by design engineer Scott Blackwell, the whimsical bookcase — which is reminiscent of Alice In Wonderland — has been constructed out of hardwood ply, and gives the allusion of teacups gently falling into one another.  This original design is just one of many the South Carolina-based artist has created — with surreal bookshelves evocative of Salvador Dali lining his shop.  If you’re as much of a sucker for imaginative bookcases as we are, then head on over to Blackwell’s Etsy, and dream of filling those shelves with novels.
