Tattoos Inspired By Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s ‘The Little Prince’ Illustrations

If you’re anything like us, then you adore the idea of children’s book illustrations being transformed into tattoos, which is why we’ll be exploring our grade school faves in ink-form every week in our new “Tattoos Inspired By…” series. First up is Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s The Little Prince. The French novella, which was first published in 1943, spews important life lessons like acting and viewing matters with the heart, and teaches us to embrace our child-like imaginations, which tend to disappear with age. Alongside anecdotes of foxes, boas and roses that boast these messages, lies adorable, simplistic illustrations doodled by the author, that have taken on an iconic role over the decades. Swoon over a collection of magical Little Prince tattoos after the jump.
